From Glyn-yr-Aur its a very pleasant 4 mile walk or bike ride but about 9 miles if your travelling by car.

The new visitor centre is impressive and
currently has a large cafe with table service serving everything from a cup of coffee to soup,
cakes and meals. Eat out on the huge balcony protected from the rain or take your own food
and sit out on the picnic tables. Also available are bike hire, showers, childrens adventure/play area all

| For the mountain biker the centre and all the trails including the new ones are on the same side of the A470 excepted the old Red Bull route which has been modified and renamed "Tarw" which of course is Welsh for Bull. Many of the locals are Welsh speaking but fortunately for us Saesnegs will happily converse in English as well. |
